Junior Administrative and Accounting Clerk Wanted

The company is currently seeking a junior professional to join the administrative department, with the aim of directly supporting the Head of Administration.

The position entails support in administrative and accounting management activities, including:

• Recording of sales and purchase invoices

• Recording of payments and receipts

• Issuance of Ri.Ba.

• Handling of import/export customs documentation

• Recording of other accounting and financial documents

• Tax compliance activities related to company operations

• Support in human resources management, particularly in the calculation of working hours

After an appropriate onboarding and training period, the successful candidate will be able to collaborate in the following activities:

• Management of accounting entries

•Preparation of documentation for the annual financial statements

• Management of import customs procedures

To ensure effective integration into the role, the following will be considered preferred qualifications:

Technical or economic high school diploma

• Previous experience, even if limited, in a similar role

Knowledge of accounting management software

Knowledge of the English language

A fixed-term contract is offered, with a strong possibility of extension.
